We came back to Florida after over a decade living all around the country and being previous home buyers. Hands down, one of the best experiences we encountered. Knew the market during Covid-19, the areas around Jacksonville in relation to our employment , and quickly adapted based on our wants/needs. Most importantly, did not rush our decision or try to oversell listings we did not want. If you are new or experienced with living in Jacksonville, I would hands down go to Nakiya for the perfect home. Extremely happy where we ended up. They say it’s always better late than never and that certainly applies to this long overdue review of the amazing service my family received from Tara on our home purchase over two years ago in May of 2017. This being our first home purchase there were a lot of things we did not know about the process but Tara was able to bridge the gap due to her incredible restate knowledge. To start, she always welcomed us with a friendly smile, and always conducted herself with the utmost professionalism. Whether it was researching information or giving a helping hand to my wife with our small children while doing home showings, Tara was always there to help the whole entire way. Secondly, Tara prioritized the best interest of my family, above all other factors, during this process. Tara handled all of our family’s administrative work with urgency, regardless of the price of the home that we were interested in. She offered her best professional advice without putting any pressure on my family to choose to do business with the companies she recommended. We were very impressed with the quality of communication we received. Whether in person or over the phone, Tara is someone who is truly easy to talk to, and was very attentive to our needs and concerns. This was extremely helpful for me as an active duty sailor who was away from my family during most of the buying process. Thirdly, even after closing Tara never stopped working for our family, she checked in with us frequently and offered her help with any issues we had with our home. Tara even took the initiative to reach out to our builders to help us settle a warranty claim almost a year after we closed. Her perseverance saved us thousands of dollars in that would have come out of pocket without her help. My family and I appreciate the professionalism, and kindness we received from Tara, and we would recommend her to anyone in search for a home. Thank you, Tara!
